Punctuality and reliability come up repeatedly: teams are said to arrive on time, keep to the schedule and complete projects when promised. Reviewers also highlight clear communication before and during the work, noting that questions were answered promptly and that advice given during planning helped shape the outcome. Tidiness is another common point, with customers remarking that the workspace was kept clean throughout and left spotless afterwards.

Named team members Ivan and Andrei are singled out for doing an excellent job, listening to what was wanted and working efficiently around pipes found in an unexpected place. The absence of stress during the process is mentioned often, as is the polite and respectful manner of those on site. Customers describe the service as honest and transparent, with expectations met and the finished bathroom matching what had been discussed. Several say they would use the team again for further work.
