Outstanding professional services from the team at York Bathrooms - from design start to the final delivery. We have loved the work they completed and their top quality products so much that we've had them update 2 bathrooms & 2 toilets. Every member of the team has been a pleasure to work with - they made helpful suggestions, offered advice on products to choose & resolved the minor issues that arose without any fuss. Their communication throughout was first class. I highly recommend them & if we had any more bathrooms to do we'd choose them !

The quality of the work is outstanding — the tiling is flawless and the new vanity unit fits perfectly. Worth every penny. We'll definitely use them again for our next project."

A disastrous experience from start to finish. Lost designs, months of delay due to 'administrative errors', tradesmen turning up at the wrong days and time - if they turn up at all. After I complained about their awful service, they walked off the job - leaving a half finished room and materials all over the house. Dysfunctional, unorganised, with staff who suffer a remarkable amount of 'illness' - and to top it off - after showing the quote to alternative fitters apparently roughly 40% more expensive than any other local company would quote. Hopefully they don't put their prices up even further after dealing with the lawsuit i'm being forced to bring against them. STAY WELL CLEAR.

Excellent service from start to finish. The design was great and with the showroom we were able to see what everything looked like. The fitter was prompt and friendly and explained everything from start to finish. We’re thrilled to bits with our new bathroom. I can’t recommend them enough. If you want quality and excellent workmanship then York Bathrooms are it.

York Bathrooms created the most beautiful bathroom for us. They took time to listen to what we liked, showed us lots of different options and designed a classic “hotel style” luxury bathroom. They took away the old bathroom and fitted the new one and advised on details that made it extra special such as lights in the shelves and underfloor heating. The team especially Matty and Nathan were excellent and we would highly recommend them. In fact we are booking in with them again to look at designing our en-suite.

We visited the team at York Bathrooms after we had to have our 2 en-suite bathrooms unexpectedly ripped out to undertake some structural repairs to our property. From the initial discussions, measuring, and design through to project management, installation and aftercare, York Bathrooms absolutely exceeded our expectations. Mark and Rob were great to work with at the first phase and did a great job supervising the whole project. Matty was excellent throughout the design and purchasing process. He often came up with great ideas and worked hard to help us keep within our budget. Our fitters Alex and Maj were brilliant. They answered all our queries and dealt immediately with any snagging. They were professional and hard working from start to finish. Their work was of very high quality and they worked tirelessly to get everything finished just before the festive season. We would not hesitate to recommend York Bathrooms to anyone and will definitely be returning when we have our third bathroom renovated this year. Thanks again team.

We wanted to have our main en-suite bathroom redone, we’d been in our new build 8 years (so not so new :o)), it was quite close to Christmas 2024 and we were nervous as we have an autistic son, so the people who would do the install would need to be very conscious of this. We asked Mark at York Bathrooms to come and have a look and give us a quote, we had a price barrier to work within. We visited the showroom and chose our preferred shower, tray, glass panels and tiling. Being fair I was expecting a higher price than we were given, the price was broken down well and it was easy to digest, as well as being in our monitory parameters, great start. Next it was the installer, Mark recommended an installer called Dave, after discussions we agreed to proceed and work started within 2 weeks, on the day they said and on time. Dave was brilliant around the children, couldn’t have asked for a better chap and the finish at the end was better than we had expected. I’ve no hesitation to fully recommend York bathrooms and when I have further work needed they will be top of my list Thanks Andy
