We had a great experience in the shop and Carl was excellent in terms of engagement. Visit was 18/4/26. We decided there and then that it was a company we could work with and told him .. we were looking for a good deal and from week before the previous colleague said speak to manager next week as they were selling off some of their display stock (music to our ears!) that brought about conversation with Carl. Carl was going to look into costing and design - we shared CAD drawings when asked and he said we’d have something the following week . We did say we would be open to a quote for fitting too … Carl advised us that that we would be costed out, he never asked our budget. On 23/5 asked how designs going ..24/4 was asked for my phone number for Carl to call/ 28/4 no call so I emailed / 30/4 I chased and Carl called he was very busy but would have something to us at end of week … a few more well spaced chasers and today 21/5 I got the designs attached - looks like 20 mins of AI and when I asked where the third bathroom (main bathroom and wet room) and that wasn’t what I expected after over a month. Carl called and whilst friendly was clearly busy and rushed .. he suggested that we may be tyre kickers looking for someone to do a design and that he has 37 of these a week. Do tyre kickers keep in touch when no response in reasonable time. Wow I’m annoyed as I had recommended them to 6 people in the past month. He said what did we expect as we hadn’t finished the build and he had nothing to see and that the designs took appx 2 hours .. see what you think. We have gone from really rating a business to not … the spend was appx £15k without labour. I’m gutted as first impression great.

Wirral Wetrooms have just finished a second bathroom in our house - the last one was 9 years ago. On both occasions, the service and quality has been outstanding. Carl, Craig, and the team are always happy to help and are flexible with designs, product selection, and finishes. Mike did all the work on our newest bathroom - I cannot recommend him highly enough for his professionalism, speed, and attention to detail. He was always very helpful, communicative, and flexible. During the last few days of the job we had an issue appear and the team did not hesitate to kick into action to resolve this in less than 24 hours. I was so very impressed and this took any of the stress out of the overall build, as well as the issue. I did shop around but decided to return to Wirral Wetrooms as they quality and service is excellent, and for this, I also think that the price was fair and reasonable. Thanks, Caroline Gavin

Highly recommend Wirral wet rooms. Carl did a great job designing our bathroom helping to meet our budget and Mike our fitter was exceptional and would 100% recommend him.

We have had 5-6 bathrooms installed by the Wirral Wetrooms in my home and rented property. The quality of work has always been good, however I’ve noticed the post installation service has significantly deteriorated since we had our last bathroom installed in December 2022. There was a leak that created a hole through the kitchen ceiling. While the leak was addressed promptly, it took two months and numerous calls to fix the ceiling. Additionally, we had an issue with the bathroom exhaust fan that required multiple calls and reminders before an electrician was finally sent to resolve it. Currently, we are experiencing an issue with the underfloor heating in one of the bathrooms, which has a lifetime warranty. Despite contacting Dave on numerous occasions and receiving promises that it would be fixed, no action has been taken. I am thoroughly disappointed with the post-installation service of the Wirral Wetrooms and no longer recommend their service services to anyone.

We have had excellent service from planning and design through to installation. The fitters were professional, courteous and worked so hard to install two bathrooms in just two weeks! The bathroom and wet room are luxurious and perfect for our needs. I would highly recommend Wirral Wetrooms for exceptional customer care and the highest quality and service.

Supplied and fitted shower some tome ago. Left them to it, design and to contrast to tiling. Cant fault them . Moving shortly definitely be returning.

Wirral Wetrooms We have just had an ensuite and family bathroom converted to wetrooms. They did an excellent job from start to finish. We had a couple of cheaper quotes and one that was more expensive but decided to go with Wirral Wetrooms because of their reputation and how we found them when we went to visit the showroom in Irby. At the shop we were shown around by Carl who later came out to measure up and make suggestions. He has plenty of experience and by his clever design we were able to dispense with a Saniflow macerating toilet to use a conventional one. No previous designer had thought this possible. He also came up with ideas to allow more space for showering our son who needs assistance. The ripping out and installation of both bathrooms was done by Kyle. One at a time. He was polite, professional and considerate at all times and very much customer focused, trying to get it just as we wanted. His work was of a very high standard. He specialises in this work so he was quick and efficient. The electrical work was carried out by an electrician - Sam. I recommend Wirral Wetrooms. Trustworthy specialists who know what they’re doing. Colin
