What customers say
Based on genuine customer reviews
In Glasgow, a single customer account describes a bathroom installation in which the fitter is said to have lacked full qualifications, leaving wiring the customer calls a fire hazard. The shower is reported to have tripped repeatedly before failing entirely, with the electrical fault attributed to that installation.
The same account states that attempts to make contact afterwards were unsuccessful, the customer describing being blocked rather than helped. Responsibility is disputed: the company is said to deny installing the shower, while the customer maintains the whole bathroom was supplied and fitted by them. The high standards and guarantee are questioned directly. Nothing further accompanies this one detailed complaint.
