TS Heating & Bathrooms

Got TS heating to change over some radiators and chase some pipes for us in Oct 2024. Radiator fitting was fine and we were happy with the work, however we had lots of issues with the chasing. We paid for pipes to be chased into walls and behind skirting boards. Following the initial work, we planned to have some plastering done, but the chases running up the wall had not been done deep enough so the pipes could not be plastered over. TS heating did acknowledge the issue and returned to put it right. However, we have also become aware of issues with the chasing behind the skirting boards - the pipes have not been fully chased so the skirting board does not sit flush to the wall. We are currently still waiting for TS heating to put this right. We have chased twice now and no response for over a month. On a side note, the plumber also managed to cut through an electric cable whilst chasing, and trip the electricity in the whole house! Not sure whether the plumber that was sent had not chased pipes before or if they were just extremely lazy. Either way, we paid a lot of money to have the pipes chased and overall the work was not completed and not good enough.

Had a new bathroom fitted , An excellent company to deal with from the initial planning to the final new bathroom. The fitter Scott was professional ,reliable and tidy. Any snags were dealt with efficiently . I’m really pleased with the new bathroom and would definitely be recommending the company to others.

Had my bathroom planned and fitted by this company and can't fault them. From start to finish everything went well, the office staff kept me updated ever step of the way.
