A huge selection of the most beautiful bathroom displays I've seen. Having visited many bathroom showrooms, this was without doubt the best. Anne was incredibly helpful, very knowledgeable about products and gave lots of good advice. She did me a plan and had visuals and itemised price list emailed over within 2 days of my visit. We were looking for wall boards for our bathroom stumbled across Tiles and Bathrooms by accident. Glad this happened must of been for a reason They were absolutely fabulous and helped in every way, wish we had gone there first. Rebecca helped us out tremendously and spent time with us. I had such a wonderful experience today at monks cross tiles, and felt I had to share how impressed I was. I walked in feeling completely unsure about what I wanted or what would actually work in my space. I had lots of ideas in my head but no real direction, and honestly felt a bit overwhelmed. Amanda was absolutely fantastic from the moment she greeted me. Even though it looked like she was on her own, doing other things. she took the time to properly sit down with me and make sure I felt listened to and supported. She asked thoughtful questions, paid attention to my ideas, and helped guide me without ever being pushy. What stood out the most was that she didn’t try to upsell me or pressure me into anything I didn’t need. She was calm, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable, answering my million and one questions without hesitation. Not once did she make me feel silly or rushed, which meant so much — especially when you’re unsure and second-guessing yourself. I left feeling confident, reassured, and genuinely excited that what I wanted could actually be achieved. That kind of customer service is rare and so appreciated. Thank you, Amanda — I’ll definitely be back when my kitchen gets re-fitted!

We used Monks Cross Tiles & Bathrooms because they were so helpful. We planned our bathroom, but were given great advice about how to develop it. The extensive showroom enabled us to browse, and then, in discussion with Anne, to make informed decisions. Anne recommended that we use Aqua Solutions in York, and we were so pleased we did (many thanks Dave and co!). Through this combination, of great advice and products, with craftsmanship in the fitting, we have ended up with a bathroom that we are very pleased with.
