The team was reliable, friendly, and paid great attention to detail. Everything was completed on time and to a very high standard. I would definitely recommend them.
Really good experience with Jarrett /Vitalii /Abby. End to end small bathroom renovation. Not cheap but no issues or hassles. Very professional and reliable. They handled everything. Highly recommend.
We recently had our bathroom completed and overall we’re very pleased with the result. Nasser was professional, easy to deal with and took the time to understand what we wanted. Communication was clear throughout and any small issues were handled promptly. The finish looks great and the space feels completely transformed. Thank you to Nasser and the team for their hard work.
Shower room and downstairs cloakroom recently refurbished by the london bath co team, there was some unexpected costs for replastering a wall which is never great, but the finish on the bathrooms were great by Yuri. Initial meeting and concepts were like for like with what I have now by Andre and our project manager Joanna was lovely - we have kitchen we will be coming back for in summer!
I just had a initial zoom call expecting to discuss my potential design options, but got the vibe that the sales person didn’t want to spare even a word of conversation with someone who hadn’t got a minimum 25k budget in mind. i had clearly stated i was flexible on my budget, and that the right design was importsnt and said clearly im looking to spend 20k. i’m guessing the sales person didn’t want to waste energy. bit of a disappointing outcome. best share review here so people don’t waste time. update : i actually said, “ i am looking for you to steer me on budget. ideally i want to stick to around the 20k mark but would be flexible if i loved a design”.
I recently popped into the St John’s Wood branch to ask about supply of bathroom fittings where I was told they only do supply and installation. However Andre, the designer, still kindly spent over 30 minutes going over my plans. He had great recommendations for layout and particular products. I will definitely be interested in working with them for my next renovation. A very pleasant experience overall.
We are very pleased with our new bathroom from London Bath Co. We had our bath removed to install a walk-in shower and the design provided for a much better use of the available space. The quality of the workmanship was superb, Viktor is a true craftsman, and the project came in on time and on budget. We would have no hesitation in recommending London Bath Co.
