It is always a concern when you employ a builder or tradesmen for the first time. I really should not have worried. Tomasz promises and then his team delivers on those promises. A fifty year old bathroom in my home in Hanwell was transformed into an accessible space in just six days. Everything was taken back to bare brick as the walls and ceiling were "live" lathe and plaster dating back well over 120 years. Tomasz proposed a design that I simply had not considered which created much more room. I wanted an accessible shower but not a wet room. I now have an ideal shower with a 8mm step, a large vanity unit and more mirrors and storage than I imagined possible. Andrei and Mikhail just got on with it started early and simply worked through. Minor obstacles were overcome without issue and, as has been said in other reviews, the quality of workmanship is excellent. Delighted is an understatement. We recently had two bathrooms renovated by The Diamond Services at our home in Harrow and are absolutely delighted with the results. Our upstairs family bathroom was completely redesigned into a beautiful modern space with a wet room, bath, floating toilet, and large floating vanity unit. During the project, unexpected drainage and structural issues were uncovered, but Greg and Tomasz dealt with everything professionally, including redirecting the soil pipe and carrying out flat roof works to ensure the bathroom was completely watertight. Nothing was too much trouble. The quality of workmanship impressed us so much that we asked them to return and fully rebuild our downstairs wet room, replacing a faulty installation and renewing the floating toilet system. Throughout both projects, communication was excellent. All flooring and stairs were fully protected and the work was clean, tidy, and professional. They consistently found effective solutions to any problems that arose. The finish in both bathrooms is outstanding, with exceptional attention to detail. I had a really great and professional experience with Diamond who were one of the first to come up when I searched Hammersmith bathroom fitters. I needed a wet room conversion to a regular shower tray for a number of problem showers. They did the conversion from a wet room to a shower tray really quickly, sourced the materials and did a high quality job. I would highly recommend.

Despite the space being quite small with an angled ceiling, Tomasz and the team created a lovely, practical bathroom with a beautiful finish. We are extremely happy with our new loft bathroom/wet room, beautifully installed in an unbelievably quick time to a very high standard by The Diamond Services, in SW17. Tomasz and the team helped transform the dated space into a stylish wet room (think hotel bathroom vibes) with beautiful lighting, built-in storage and a really high-end finish.
