What customers say
Based on genuine customer reviews
Measuring, design and product selection shape the feedback for this Leeds supplier, where two accounts name individual staff. Victoria is credited with personal attention that began with a household unsure where to start and ended with a creative en-suite scheme. A fitter describes Jenny as helpful in guiding his customer towards a final choice of bathroom for him to install, making the process less stressful.
The showroom itself is noted for displays that help buyers work through options before settling on a design, while one plumber with long-standing trade links to the associated merchant reports satisfaction with the service he receives. Installation support and selection advice recur across the accounts.

My first time dealing with the Leeds branch and its been pretty fantastic. They help my customer design and choose their final dream bathroom to which I'm installing. Jenny has been amazing to deal with, which has helped the whole process be less stressful. Their showroom also offers some great designs, I highly recommend.
Victoria at The Bathroom Showroom (City Plumbing) gave us a fantastic personal service for measuring and designing. We were a bit lost at where to start, but Victoria is very creative so we have a lovely en-suite due to her design ideas. We are very happy customers. Our plumber has used city plumbing for many years and he is very happy with the customer service too.
