A massive THANK YOU to Kelly Swyer at City Plumbing, Dallow Road, Luton who took us through the process of converting our old bathroom into a shower room as my elderly mum needed an easier access setup. After talking to Kelly at the bathroom showroom, she visited our home with the plumber/installer Pete who both took time with us to make sure every detail was covered. Kelly helped us so much in choosing the most suitable bathroom and gave great design suggestions and guidance after listening carefully and asking questions so that we had no doubts at all in going ahead with the conversion. Pete then took over and completely ripped out and disposed of the old bathroom, carefully tidying up after each day. He arranged the electricians and plasterer, and the transformation was superb, high-quality work. Family and friends who knew the old bathroom literally gasp when they see the new one. It’s a small bathroom but now looks bigger even with the larger easy access shower area and high-rise toilet.

My mum wanted to change her bathroom to a shower room and wasn't too sure where to start. She visited Kelly at The Bathroom Showroom after going to Wickes. Kelly immediately understood her needs and worries over the process and the price. After about an hour of looking and selecting possible fittings, we arranged a home visit. Kelly came on time and listened to mum's requirements and fitted them into the final plan. Mum was really impressed with the help and support. Also Kelly carefully chose the plumber that was to complete the work and introduced him to mum before the work commenced so that mum was happy with the person who would be in her home for some time. Extremely happy with the service and would happily recommend Kelly.

I would highly recommend making an appointment with Kelly if you are considering changing the whole bathroom or just your down stairs toilet. Kelly is friendly and welcoming in the show room but most importantly Kelly has the knowledge of product and professional plumbing advise to help with any bathroom. A wide range of products and suppliers are available all under one roof, again Kelly listens to your individual needs and recommends products/manufacturers to suit your project and price range. A great experience and stress free for my husband and myself!
