Excellent service during the design stage, Emma was very patient and full of advice to help us get the end result that we wanted. She even helped us to engage with a plumber to fit the bathroom out for us. They were always quick to respond by email or phone to any queries that arose, and although we did have an issue with supply of products during the installation, this was resolved to everyone's satisfaction and our bathroom was completed on time. Thanks
