A genuinely outstanding service. For several reasons, we were quite slow ourselves in getting our bathroom project started—deciding on plans, gathering quotes, and moving things forward. However, once we began working with Rodger at Stunning Bathrooms, everything started to progress smoothly and at a good pace, which was a bit of a relief and made it easier to be excited about it. We came in with an idea of what we wanted, hoping we could make our modestly sized bathroom much nicer - Rodger listened to and improved upon our ideas to the point we’ve ended up with more than we expected in terms of how the space is utilised, and some finishing touches that we hadn’t thought of. The team that fitted our bathroom were also great - the execution is spot on, there were a few things they talked us through or checked in about as things progressed, and they had the whole thing finished precisely when they said they would.
Chose Stunning bathrooms after extensive searches and quotes. Roger from the beginning was very knowledgeable and added ideas to my design. The lads started on the Monday 31 Jan and was finished on the Thursday 03rd. There work is as the business is called 'stunning' . Mike & Wes never stopped, the was punctual, kept me updated at all times and even gave additional ideas. Their attention to detail is amazing. We only had a small bathroom with a shower inside the bath. Now it's a modern bathroom with walk in shower, modern toilet with hidden cistern, wall hung vanity sink and unit and LED touchscreen mirror. Honestly the pics don't do it justice. Thanks again guys for an amazing transformation.
From the first phone call to stunning bathrooms to completion, Rodger took care of everything I didn't need to worry about anything, I just had the pleasure of choosing the tiles and furniture. Rodgers knowledge and expertise allowed me to make the most of the space, which resulted in a beautiful bathroom. All fixtures, fittings and tiles were of a high quality. Wes and Mike who installed my bathroom were AMAZING, lovely lads who worked unbelievably hard, and attention to detail was spot on, couldn't fault them. Firstly we would like to thank Rodger, Mike & Wes for giving us two stunning bathrooms. When making the decision to modernise our bathrooms we took to Google, social media along with seeking recommendations from friends and family to try and find the right company. Google presented us with Stunning Bathrooms they were 1 of 3 companies to come out and give us a quote. From the moment we met Rodger we knew we could trust him, he also seem to offer a different look which was completely different from the others. Once everything had been agreed, we had to wait a long time before the work could be started. However they started bang on time and completed the work in the 2 weeks we had been given. Arrived on time every morning and left the place clean every evening. The quality of work along with the bathroom furniture, tiles etc all sourced by Rodger was absolutely spot on. We would highly recommend Stunning Bathrooms, thanks for everything.
Rodger and team installed our new bathroom a few weeks ago, and we are delighted with it. We choose Stunning Bathrooms simply because of the reviews received so felt it only fair we add our own. Right from first meeting Rodger we found him helpful, straightforward and pragmatic. We didn't really know what we wanted so he spent lots of time talking us through options and ideas. No pushy sales tactics. We had to wait a few months because their calendar was so full, but that was fine, it's the sign of a good business that they are so in demand. The job was started (and completed) on time and on budget. Wes and Conrad installed the bathroom. They turned up on time everyday and worked so hard to get it completed. My Mum and I have recently had both our Bathrooms fitted by Roger and his team and we love them. From the initial quote by Roger to completion their customer service and standard of work is very high and their attention to detail second to none . Wes and Conrad did our bathroom (Pics with mosaic) and Martin and Daniel worked on my Mums (Pics tiles marble effect) . Both teams were overseen by Kirk and they are all brilliant at what they do. They arrived on time and worked tirelessly every day until both jobs were finished. Nothing was too much trouble and all the lads are really nice offering advice along the way. They are also really tidy and polite . Wes even installed a much needed downstairs loo for my Mum and Dad just before the main bathroom job started , he fitted it and Roger made sure he had all the things needed to do the job.
