The whole process from someone coming to have a look to the job being done was very quick. Additionally, communication was excellent and I was never waiting long for replies. Ryan was the plumber who completed the work - he was very professional, friendly and explained things well. The work has been completed to a high standard and I will be using RM plumbing and electrical in the future.
