Good morning to Wayne, Lee & The Team at Raynesway Tile & Bathroom warehouse Derby. I chose & bought my Bathroom in October 2019 on Impulse walking round. The choice of Everything was Excellent Quality & The Team were more than Happy to help / assist. I just had to have Underfloor heating under my Beautiful ceramic tiled floor ( fantastic feature in the Cold / winter months !!) & Some jets in my bath ( Jacuzzi ) with a Bluetooth demisting mirror cabinet. Anyway.... 6 years later ive had a couple of Issues which i wasn't happy about. But,.... Wayne & Lee & the rest of the Team Have been Very happy to help !! Nothing was a hassle / nothing was Too much trouble. ( 6 Years later ) Brilliant Communication, problems sorted out Properly very Quickly . Great customer service from the guys at Raynesway Tiles. I wasn't sure what sort of floor tiles I needed and they were really helpful, gave me a good price, and carried them out to the car. Friendly and efficient!

Absolutely amazing customer service from the team at Raynesway Tile Warehouse. Sourcing tiles for us at short notice and making sure we could get them in time to start our bathroom project. Delivering them and taking them to a room of our choosing. Would thoroughly recommend.
Only place where i could get flowpoint grout from. Very welcoming customer service. One of the chap even explained me how to use the product. Thanks for that. Didn’t even get the chance to put my change back in pocket and forklift driver was already out with my order. Thanks guys hopefully i’ll get to use you again.
