Danny completed a full bathroom remodel for us, he was such a lovely man who was professional, had great time management skills and fixed any issues that occurred. We were delayed a day no fault of Danny , but the wrong bath was sent. Danny rectified this issue quickly and efficiently meaning the job could be completed in a timely manner. Danny had loads of knowledge and nothing was too much to ask! Would highly recommend and would definitely use again.
John has done a lovely job of fitting my bathroom. He informed me every step of the way. Asked my opinion where I wanted this and that. Worked really hard. I've now got a bathroom that's got the wow factor. Very pleased with the finished result.
Priory did a fantastic job on my bathroom, I had a particular look in mind and wanted to purchase my own items for them to install. This happened much quicker than anticipated and they started work around a week after my quote! I managed to get the desired effect with the hard work of Josh who came up trumps with the whole design! There was a lot of work including relocating electrics , tiling and installing everything, he came across a few problems but came up with solutions for us! The finished room is my dream come true and has future proofed the bathroom with several grab rails and a comfort toilet so I feel much safer now . I have unusual taste and wanted a vintage style bathroom. I love the finished room!
Scott did a fantastic job fitting our new bathroom to a really high standard despite the humid weather and some stockist issues. He kept us informed at every step of the way, and we cannot fault the end result.

If you’ve read my wife’s review, you’ll know we’re already deep into a nightmare experience with Priory Bathrooms. If not, here’s the short version: a 99-day fitting, subcontracted work, a leaking toilet that damaged our garage ceiling, and a radiator that fell off due to poor installation. We asked for a partial refund. They refused calling it a ‘disproportionate’ request. If you’re still on the fence, take this as your sign: walk away. This is how they treat customers once things go wrong: ‘At the start of your installation, you were advised that our payment process had changed since your initial agreement. You were asked to work to our updated terms, and this was agreed upon without objection.’ Not true. ‘We understand that the original plan was to complete your bathroom prior to your maternity leave. When we realised this could not be achieved, you were offered the opportunity to cancel and receive a full refund of your deposit. You declined this option and instead requested an October installation, which we agreed to.’ Also not true. After hiring a subcontractor, they said: ‘John, the bathroom fitter, worked for us full-time during your project. Whether classed administratively as a subcontractor or employee, he was under our direction and represented our business. The terms “subcontractor” and “fitter” are often used interchangeably in our industry and do not imply a lack of accountability.’ If that’s the case, why did Priory Bathrooms have no further contact with us directly? They pointed to their glowing track record… as if that wasn’t what misled us in the first place. ‘We currently have 86 reviews on Google. Only seven are rated 1 star, including your own. Over 12 years, we have installed over 3,500 bathrooms—averaging 6 per week across 50 weeks per year. A 0.2% rate of 1-star reviews is exceptionally low and reflects the high standards we maintain for the vast majority of customers.’ That means around 2% of customers leave reviews. Hardly representative. As for the delays that led to a 99-day project, they said: ‘While the installation period took longer than average, much of this was due to holiday scheduling, product availability, and the nature of remedial works—not deliberate delay or neglect.’ A weak excuse showing zero urgency to fix their mess. Regarding the weak shower pressure, they said: ‘With regard to your comment about the old shower being “superior,” we simply pointed out that it had a smaller head, which creates more pressure. This is a factual observation, not a dismissal of your concern.’ But did they do anything to resolve the issue? No. In response to our comment about insulation for our garage repair being stolen from a local council, they said: ‘We strongly refute the suggestion that any of our subcontractors acted unlawfully in regard to materials. This is a serious accusation that lacks evidence and appears to be based on hearsay. John paid for the plasterer himself and Ian and our office were wholly unaware of the issue with the ceiling until after it was done.’ Which begs the question: why not just show us a dated receipt or invoice to disprove it? And why would a customer say that unless they’d been told? We’d also like to note their comment: ‘John paid for the plasterer himself’. If John was working ‘full-time’ for Priory Bathrooms, as they claim, and subcontractor status is supposedly irrelevant… why was he independently footing bills? Even they admit their Google reviews don’t show the full picture, so here’s your warning.
Really pleased with the craftsmanship and work of the bathroom completed by Josh. Honestly couldn’t fault the work that has been done … totally transformed our bathroom for us and kept us updated every step of the way of the work that had been done and that he was going to do the next day. Would definitely recommend. Thanks again Priory Bathrooms and Josh for your hard work and time would 110% recommend :)
