Bad service

Work was to begin 27th May. The day arrived, no show no telephone call. I telephoned, no answer. I sent an email and was told there is a hold up on previous job and to expect them the next day. 28th no show, an email in the afternoon says the work will now be the following week 2nd June. 2nd of June, no show no email, phone not being answered. I sent an email, no reply. 3rd of June, I contacted the tile company EMC to find out if the tiles I paid for has been collected, they said no. They offered to help with finding out what was happening so they contacted the owner of Plug bathroom-Adam. He informed EMC that NOW the reason they have not showed up to my project is because they have not received the order of the goods to start the work. They did not telephone me or email me to tell me this. It is the 6 of June, still no email, no phone calls and no answer when I telephone. What kind of service is this? I’ve paid 75% of the work in keeping with their terms and conditions. 9th June, Adam, the owner of Plug, emailed me and said that there was some mix up with the dates and that he has been on holiday and will come and start the work. He arrived and was not happy about this review and others that I have left. He said it was unfair. He Started work and said he will return on Tuesday 10th June by 9:30am, he turned up at 11am, no apologies, nothing. Started an argument in front of my 7 year old daughter and made her upset so I had to ask him to leave. Job still not completed 5 months later.

First class customer service and high quality products all delivered and fitted in the agreed time frame. Clean/tidy on the job and brilliant aftercare. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants new bathrooms supplied and installed.
