His words were “did you not look at it when you bought it?” Why else do you think I am phoning you?? Perhaps if the salesman had listened to me in the first place given I showed him the picture of what I needed and as a customer i rely on his expertise in bathrooms to know which product to select and is suitable for the project I wouldn’t be needing to come back to you. This is the second time I’ve been sold the wrong product from them and the first time when I went back to return it I was dealing with a gentleman yet a woman who works there took it upon herself to come over and inspect the returned item, gave me a dirty look and make comments that it “looks like it’s been used” until the man corrected her and she walked away. I won’t be back.
Just had bathroom installed and top class job from start to finish. Charlene and Kevin were a great help and Joe and his boys done an excellent job with the installation

Panels are fine but don't buy their silicone. Gone off and ll out of date-unusable.. No refund offered and obviously delays the job.
Great job from start to finish, 2 great worker's so clean and finish in justed under 3days. Would use them again.
