David was absolutely fabulous, I ordered bath panels on line for an old bath, I sent photos over and David and the team matched it all up and sent me samples, and about 8 months later, I got round to fitting the panels, and noticed one of the pieces had cracked, so I got in touch and David sent me a new piece free of charge for next day delivery as the plumber was booked in. Brilliant service and really kind and communication was spot on. Really happy with the service and products. They match perfectly. Thank you again. Bobby
Looked for a soft cream bathroom sink for a while. Finally found one at JSL. Match and fit great. David was really helpful. Many thanks.
I emailed JSL Bathrooms looking for replacement tap handles for my Armitage Shanks ones and included a photo. I have been looking for options for a while with no success. David replied immediately informing me of the model that I had and which options were available to me. I dropped by the shop and bought them in person. I found David to be very knowledgable and experienced. Very happy with the new tap handles which are still original Armitage Shanks. Would definitely use again for any bathroom requirements not just the hard to find parts.
I needed to match a discontinued colour bath panel to replace our broken one, the owner, David was able to accurately match the colour just from photos sent via email. When we went to collect the bath panel, it matched the cistern lid I took perfectly. I got to see the massive stock of rare bathroom components in the warehouse, some of which had been there for decades. It was a great experience shopping with JSL Bathrooms, great communication and fairly priced products, I highly recommend this business.
I’d struggled to find the right size cradle shower head for an old telephone-style bath mixer unit. Then I found JSL Bathrooms. Fantastic service and great price. My e-Mail query was answered quickly and the part sent promptly via 24-hour tracked. Thank you JSL Bathrooms
Just experienced absolutely top flight service from JSL bathrooms. I contracted them by email with a query about replacing some fittings on a 1980’s toilet. In an afternoon we traded several emails, with photos and dimensions before I settled on a suitable replacement. My purchase was for very little money, something that would have been apparent from my very first message but they invested time and effort to assist me. Would highly recommend.
David was very helpful and took the time to answer my queries about discontinued fittings even though no sale was involved, many thanks.
