I'm absolutely delighted with both the results and the service I received from Jerermy and team. I got several quotes for my complete bathroom renovation and not only was Jorvik Home improvements very competitively priced, they were also very clearly priced. This was important as my budget wasn't huge but I wanted a luxurious feel, and several of the quotes I got were very vague. Jeremy was very responsive and positive to deal with. For me the whole experience was really easy. I decided to stay elsewhere while the work was completed. So I handed my keys over and returned to a beautiful new bathroom on the scheduled day. Jeremy was also able to to fit in the additional job of painting the room which I only asked for on the first day the work started which I was very grateful for. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

Jeremy paved down the side of our house and we were both more than happy with the result. Jeremy was very efficient. he even ordered gravel to be delivered to us after his work was finished. Also he is a polite and friendly fellow.

Absolute pleasure to hire. It’s important to state, I worry about tradesmen in my house after a negative experience previously; safe to say, Jeremy and Jody were a brilliant team. They did all aspects of the kitchen project from start to finish and, at a competitive rate. Quick and effective communication; very respectful to both, our house and in their interactions with us and kept the workspace clean and safe. Work was done to a very high standard and, despite us having difficulty with our kitchen provider and appliances missing from the delivery; Jeremy and Jody came to the rescue with alternative appliance suggestions and, still got the project done on time - with no random disappearances like some contractors like to do.. It’s also important to note to female potential customers, some days I worked from home alone; I felt very safe. I would hire again.

We used Jorvik to replace the worktops in our aging kitchen and tiling, they were very professional and respectful. Our situation meant they had to adjust a few working practices which they did without fuss. There was a slight hitch with the worktops (Not their fault) but it was corrected and kept us updated all through the process. Highly recommended them. Jeremy handled all the other people involved so it was minimal fuss and stress for us which was just what we wanted.

My friend recommended Jeremy to us after their bathroom refit. Jeremy and his assistant did full refit of 3 bathrooms for us and we are extremely happy with his work. We had to change a few things late (like very late) and Jeremy was very understanding, flexible and accommodative. They arrive with a friendly, cheerful and positive disposition. Jeremy has a very good eye for detail and was always happy to offer helpful practical suggestions when we were not sure of certain things. Once we made the selections, Jeremy managed all aspects of the project including ordering and delivery. High quality work and very professional. We already have more work lined up for Jeremy for later this year. Highly recommended.
