I kept quiet last year when their system of only 2 delivery days per week held up the bathroom installation (only found out about deliveries during fitting) and having to buy another Aqualisa shower before returning the (incorrectly supplied) one. But, in less than a year, the toilet no longer flushes. Taking in the flush plate to ask if it appeared to function ok, I received the reply "I don't know, I'm not a plumber". For the love of God, avoid this place people.

Poor aftercare and lack of response A faulty bath waste plug was acknowledged in-store and a replacement agreed, but nothing was ever provided. Follow-up emails were ignored, and customer services refused to assist, citing account holder/GDPR reasons despite the store having already dealt with me directly. In the end, I fixed it myself with a simple rubber seal — a minor issue left unresolved for months. A clear lack of communication, follow-through, and ownership.

Went to the Swindon store this weekend and it looked like it was closing down. Complete mess, dust and dirt everywhere, and piles of ripped out displays/tiles blocking walkways - actually quite dangerous. 3 staff behind counter, all laughing and joking together. did not ask if we wanted help, did not explain why it was such a mess. We asked if they were closing down due to the state, turns out they were having a refit but no signs to say that. All in all, bad experience, rude staff, trip hazards and we will not be visiting again.

The positive.... excellent service when purchasing from them ... super helpful staff. The negative... After sale service appalling, we have been chasing a replacement since January 2025 (8 months) and I mean us chasing them, not them providing updates to us. They are clearly not focussed on replacing faulty items once purchase is complete. This totally puts me off purchasing from them in the future, so I think it only fair that potential new customers are aware of this.

Suzi is so helpful and there customer service is second to none. Highly recommend. Good range of tiles and accessories.
