Just starting our en suite renovation and happy with the prompt service so far. Both Billy from partner TS Heating and Enith from the showroom were very helpful and listened to our requests which made it an easier process than we expected. Looking forward to installation later in the year.

Arranged for an engineer to come to measure up waited in no show told a text message was sent to cancel me ? Didn’t even get off the starting block not impressed but maybe dodged a bullet here. Sun was shining mind so maybe they thought better of it.

From start to finish the customer service and support during and after the re-fit was exemplary, responding quickly and effectively to any queries or issues. I immediately felt at ease in the showroom by a warm welcoming approach from Enith & Lydia and no "hard sell". Enith managed with her incredible patience and knowledge to guide us through her design, extract our likes & dislikes & help create a beautiful new bathroom with quality products at very acceptable & competitive prices. We love our new bathroom.
