Professional in every respect. Home visit to assess and then called to office to view potential layouts provided by John and Kelly Two and a half hour chat with plans and selecting tiles and bathroom fittings. All very professional. Promised to start work three weeks later and did. The work took just over three weeks ripped old bathroom out and fitted then from base line. Well organised through project management skilled workforce all very pleasant. The bathroom looks superb with quality finish. They do not paint so you need to think about that if you need ceiling and doors painting at the end Very satisfied

We were looking to get a mini makeover of our main bathroom, and we are thrilled with the result. We thought the layout might not work, due to having a floor waste pipe rather than a wall one. Keith came round within the hour and confirmed that it was possible to have what we wanted. We were so impressed with Bespoke that we also ordered a new toilet with integrated basin for our downstairs cloakroom. Jay came to fit our new bathroom furniture last week, and very punctual. Everything was completed within 3 days and all rubbish removed. Happy to recommend Bespoke - it's always good to shop local.

Just had our bathroom remodelled by this wonderful team. Our bathroom was so outdated and needed a wow factor and this is was happened. From the initial meeting with John & Keith at the showroom we were completely put at ease as to the plan and all the design. Just 4 weeks after the meeting our bathroom was started. The two Steve’s arrived and covered all the carpets and commenced the rip out. Our fitter was Liam. To call him a fitter was an understatement, so skilled in all aspects of work. He was a joy to have in our home. So polite and such a hard worker. I could go on and praise the team but just look at the photos they speak for themselves 😀

We had a full bathroom refurbishment with this company, instead of a new bath, we had a walk in shower built instead and to say that we are very pleased is an understatement. The whole job took three weeks from start to finish and we are absolutely extatuc with the final result!! A HUGE thank to all the staff and workmen for giving us a 5* star bathroom! Jay was exceptional and did most of the work. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anybody who wants the bathroom of their dreams.

Such a professional but very friendly team who were welcoming and helpful from the beginning. Whilst we had an idea of what we wanted we didn't really know where to start as we knew the configuration of the bathroom needed to change, taking the bath out and replacing it with more of a wet room design. The various design ideas and options made available to us were fantastic and thank you to Kelly and Keith for being so patient with such an indecisive customer regarding tiles! Steve, Steve and Liam were fantastic and always cleaned up of an evening before leaving for the day. We were involved throughout the process and the project management was brilliant as was the communication. We are delighted with our new bathroom and I would highly recommend this company. I would not hesitate to highly recommend Bespoke Bathrooms , Professional service from start to finish of work , they said it would take 3 weeks and took exactly 3 weeks. Exceptional support from both Keith & Kelly from stepping into the showroom seeing the high quality products, a super design, communications throughout were 1st class. Liam who did most of the work was a master of his art , perfectionist to say the least, respectful , clean and tidy from the rip out to the finer details , he is a credit to the company. My 2 dogs will miss him too. I now have a beautiful luxurious spacious wet room instead of a dated, cluttered bathroom . Thank you all at Bespoke

We had a very positive experience with Bespoke Bathrooms in Maghull and are delighted with our finished bathroom. What can you expect? - A competitive price for high end products - Effective communication and project management - I always knew which tradesman was going to be there each day and what job they would undertake. - Highest standard of craftsmanship by some really lovely guys, too many to mention here but all brilliant without exception - very good after completion care with timely attention to minor snags If you go with an idea, expect to be advised as to the feasibility of it for the size and function of the room and be prepared to be flexible. Your own finishing touches make your bathroom bespoke. All in all a really great experience and we will be following up with another request for en-suites shortly.
