Bathroom Store

I bought a media wall from Kitchen and Bathroom Store and it’s absolutely fabulous. The way their team treats you is amazing .They make you feel like part of their own family. Shehzad and Waqas were especially helpful; they answered all my questions and made sure everything was delivered on time. Highly recommended!

Best experience so far! Bought media wall and wardrobe units, and received my units on time—better price than Singh Kitchen, bathroom, and L'Armour interior. gonna buy more things soon. IA

Absolutely rubbish and cheap quality, bought downstairs showeroom basin with cabinet quite expensive, they told me it is not wood so it would last longer totally damaged and there toilet i clean everyday but it has still discoloured, upstairs basin and cabinet and toilet bought from plumbworld still looks brandnew, bought a bath from them wished I had gone to plumbworld or Victoria plumbing as always. please avoid these guys they make a mockery out of you, they don't even deserve 1 star but had to give them that

I would give Kitchen & Bathroom Store the lowest rating they could possibly be due the lack of trust in product and very poor customer service delivered. We have been waiting for items to arrive nearly 3 months now, Items which we did receive were damaged and poor quality. Units and doors had to be cut again in size, due to the incorrect measurements taken from the staff member. This led to purchasing other kitchen appliances carefully as space was vital when that was not an issue before. Completely unacceptable. Bath store failed to deliver the “perfect kitchen” as promised which is a shame as the upfront cost was given. Please save your time and money and DO NOT visit such place in Luton. Sent from my iPhone
