Bathroom Mountain

We had a great experience with Bathroom Mountain. The team, especially Asim were very knowledgeable and helped us design the perfect shower space for our bathroom. There was a great range of displays to look at, which made choosing much easier. The quality is excellent, the prices are very competitive, and we found exactly what we were looking for. I'd recommend Bathroom Mountain in a heartbeat!

My first online order arrived with a missing item because it had apparently been damaged in transit. The problem wasn't that it was damaged—it was that nobody thought to tell me. I only found out after chasing them myself to ask where the item was. Had I not contacted them, I have no idea if anyone would have bothered to let me know. Despite that experience, I gave them another chance and placed a second order in-store after staff assured me the items were available, even though I couldn't order them online due to stock levels. It quickly became apparent that the store and warehouse have no idea what each other is doing. They happily took my money for products they couldn't actually supply. Realising the order couldn't be fulfilled, I went back to the store the very same day to cancel it and request a refund. Instead of refunding me, they somehow managed to charge me again. I was then told they couldn't process the refund because one item had already been packed for delivery. I was advised I would get a call before any order was processed and packaged to ensure the items I ordered were available but this didn't happen unfortunately. To make matters worse, I had to contact the delivery company myself to stop the unwanted delivery because nobody at the store seemed interested in resolving it. After that, I heard absolutely nothing for over a week. The only way I finally got my refund was by going back into the store myself. This wasn't just one mistake—it was a series of errors, poor communication, lack of accountability and incredibly poor customer service. Every step of the process seemed to create another problem that I had to resolve myself. The staff in store seemed friendly enough to talk too but I won't be shopping here again and certainly wouldn't recommend using the company based on my experience.

The service is very good as they are very kind and suggestive. The prices here are also really affordable. I recommend coming to buy from this store if you need any bathroom things.

Brilliant showroom with a vast choice of products for every taste. The staff are really friendly and polite especially Asim. We are not the quickest at choosing what we want but Asim has always been very patient and always listens to what we think we want and then gives us our options. Any problems are very quickly sorted out at store level. Thank you Highly recommend
