We needed help renovating a wet room for a disabled person. Claire was very helpful and took onboard our needs, and amending the design accordingly to facilitate the special requirements. She sourced some great grab rails that are both practical and also stylish, so the overall look doesn’t scream it’s for a wheelchair user. Due to a delivery error, Claire went out her way on a Saturday morning to collect some tiles from Birmingham so not to hold up the laying of the floor. Would recommend BK to anyone wanting to re-do a bathroom.
