Stephen Mosedale answered the phone, from the get go he was friendly and polite. I wanted 5T of gravel for next day delivery, he said politely it might not be possible, MKM delivered the next day, next morning the hour of 8am, delivery guys where smiling and friendly (this is rare) unfortunately for me I checked my order a few hrs later and realised I ordered 20mm not 10mm, called to ask if this could be changed being a Friday thought id have to wait till the following week! Another driver arrived in the afternoon to swap the items, another smiley happy employee who was polite and friendly, delivery sorted in a fantastic timescale, amazing price and delivered with a smile, no stress no drama, perfect interaction. Placed an order for the first time with this company very simple to do. Got a call back within minutes telling me when my order would arrive. On the promised day my order arrived the driver was very helpful and helped me put my order where I wanted it. The price I paid was very cheap delivery was free he duality was great all in all an excellent all round service some of the better known suppliers could do with a lesson off MKM on how to give customer satisfaction I would not hesitate in recommending this company to anyone a great big thank you

First time using MKM. We were served by Jordan on 3 separate occasions to get a quote, as we weren't totally sure of all the materials MKM could supply and what we required for a future job we were going to start. He was professional knowing the products he had available plus the one's he could aquire on our behave. He was Polite freindly and understanding at all times never rushing us to place the order which we were happy to do. A credit to the company.
