Great experience from start to finish. Full bathroom refurbishment. John and I went through the design and what would be the best finish. Jacek was the fitter, whose work is exceptional. Very tidy worker and had great attention to detail. Sebastian was on hand to check that everything was going as planned. The job was finished earlier than anticipated and to a high standard. Couldn't be more happy with the result. It's a definite wow for me.

Would absolutely recommend Home Expert, if you are looking for a new bathroom/wetroom. From start to finish, it was a great experience. They gave me lots of ideas, and I then had a meeting with John the designer as to how my wet room would look, once he had designed it. The fitter worked so hard, and the finished product is stunning. All of the people were a pleasure to deal with. My photos probably aren’t the best and won’t show it in its full glory…but it really is stunning.

We are absolutely delighted with our new wet room. So pleased that we asked Home Expert to come up with a design to make our bathroom more accessible. We had Home Expert do our downstairs cloakroom in early 2026. Between the design experience and the execution of the project we were highly impressed. There was a minor issue with a towel rail which was communicated and fixed as soon as the new one arrived. Home Expert were very proactive and we will be using them again for our next bathroom project.

A truly lovely bathroom was installed expertly and perfectly. The finish is immaculate and I would highly recommend this company.

I can genuinely recommend Home Experts from the initial meeting at their showroom where John and Linda showed us all the samples and fittings require to complete the work required. Sebastian who came and measure up and advised us what was the best things to do Then along came Kris the fitter and from start to finish carried out the installation in a meticulous and professional manner leaving our home clean and tidy at the end of each day, his attention to detail was second to none leaving a perfect installation at the end of what took four weeks to install, bang on the time that was quoted even after some additional work that I required. If you want a job done properly then Home Expert is the place to go. Well done the Home Expert team. P.S. I'm sure Sebastian could add photos as I am not that good on the computer side of things.
