After years of trying to find a fitter and then a bathroom, to be then let down by the fitter….. we popped into Coventry tiles and bathrooms. Wow! James made the whole experience exciting again as I’d just about given up! From help with designs, products and just general guidance we now have our bathroom of dreams! Can’t thank this company enough! I will recommend them to everyone. A* service and people!

After months of trawling through tile and bathroom shops, becoming increasingly frustrated at the lack of progress we were making and losing the joy of planning our new bathroom, we drove past Coventry Tiles and Bathrooms by chance, and went in on a whim. We were scooped up instantly by Dennis and felt looked after from the very beginning. They have a large show room with some bathrooms set up to spark ideas and you can move taps and tiles around to see how different combinations of colours work. They have a great range of tiles and some really beautiful high quality items in store. When I was feeling indecisive the staff were happy to express an opinion and within half an hour I had already made some major progress and fallen in love with a tile. They booked us in with James a week later for a proper design session and he was simply brilliant. Patient (this was needed!) professional and super helpful. It didn’t feel like a sales pitch, it felt like our best interests were at heart and needs were listened to. He gave pros and cons of different items selected. He made suggestions that improved my initial ideas into a more practical reality, solving problems we had been experiencing with the layout and gave the bathroom a high end feel. He made computer designs to bring the bathroom to life for us, so we could see the chosen items in the space and then continuously made adjustments for us as we played with mirror shapes etc. James’ understanding of the products he sells and how they work in different spaces was invaluable. He has a natural design flair and I needed his combination of the practical and the creative in the advice I required, and he provided both, without any pressure. I fully trusted him and I think the trust had been missing in previous shops I’d been in and halted my progress. We had already booked independent fitters to install the bathroom and when we had an issue with the toilet and the way it had been plumbed in, James spent a long time researching the issue for us and sent a plumber around to try and fix it for free, which was completely unexpected. We are in love with the bathroom and beyond grateful to James and the team. A set of genuine professionals who care about the outcomes and continue to help well after the bills have been paid. My new bathroom is my favourite place in the house and it makes me smile every day. I cannot thank them enough and would not hesitate to recommend them. I just wish they did kitchens! ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Kelvin, Phil & Danny for their great customer service and support. Nothing was too much trouble in sourcing all of the parts we required. We would highly recommend.

With the exceptional and professional help and guidance from Kelvin along with our fitter Nick, we now have a five star bathroom. Items supplied by Coventry Tiles & Bathrooms were : Wall Tiles, Shower Cubicle and Shower, Radiator, Cupboards with integrated Toilet and Sink along with all the bathroom accessories.
