That involved them providing a skip, ripping out the old bathroom (including tiles / flooring etc) and then installing the new bathroom. We had the entire room tiled, with underfloor heating. we had a separate shower and bath. When we returned from holiday, the whole thing was complete - no hassle at all. The quality of the fit out is extraordinary. Every detail has been considered, even down to the overflow covers, extractor fan cover and toilet flush being the correct colour. We are extremely happy with the results. Along the way, Carl's communication via email and telephone were exemplary. Any changes we requested were considered and discussed. When we first agreed the price, we were concerned that it was a lot of money to spend, but after the installation, we couldn't have been further from the truth. Carl's team have provided exceptional value. We would be happy to recommend them to anyone wanting a bathroom installation.
Great people, great company. We had put off getting the bathroom done for too long because of the upheaval and of course it had to be right. Carl was so helpful and professional in the planning and was always available for questions. Everything was organised ready for the week of the fit and Dave and Sam arrived on time, as did the skip and all the goods. Dave talked through everything with us and then we left them to it. At the end of the week, Dave went through everything with us and even came back the following week to help with something. We are incredibly pleased with the bathroom. Thank you to Carl, Dave and Sam, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend CGT.
Used C G T for the en-suite about seven years ago and have now had them back to do the bathroom as the workmanship is first class. Bathroom looks superb, special thanks to the fitters Dave and Sam who showed upmost respect for us and our house from start to finish. Tom and Kyle who fitted the bathroom could not have been better. They are efficient, polite, lovely guys who worked solidly all week and explained everything as they went along. I could not be happier with my bathroom refurb. The team were beyond helpful right from my initial email enquiry, creating a 3D plan of my bathroom design and helping me pick the tiles and fixings. During the week of fitting, Tom and Kyle were great and the bathroom that they've created was exactly what I'd envisioned! They kept me informed of progress and could not have been more polite whilst on the job. I would recommend CGT to anyone looking for bathroom work. Excellent service from CGT Bathroom Solutions. From the initial contact right through to the clean up after the final installation. Communication from Carl kept us updated and his help and advice with the design was fantastic. His design opened up the bathroom in a way we never thought. We made one or two changes from the initial quote and Carl was more than happy to accommodate the changes. The installation was faultless, Tom and Kyle completed the job within the time scale quoted, kept us in the loop as the install when on and always cleaned up before leaving each day. More importantly, they always made sure the toilet was functioning when they left. The workmanship was excellent and we now have a bathroom that we are very happy with.
