Steven and the team were excellent from the start. As a culturally mixed couple who are quite European in our style, we wanted to convert out ensuite into a modern open plan bathroom and master bedroom. It was very difficult to find a company that relished the challenge and we were very pleased to find InStil understood what we were after. We met initially to discuss what we wanted and then returned for a presentation with samples and the design shown to us. While Steven was hesitant to certain ideas I had, I remember feeling very pleasantly surprised that he used all my ideas while giving professional opinions. Steven and his team handled the whole project and communication with the bathroom installers and when there were issues, InStil were amazing at rectifying them (taking on the cost where necessary). I am not an easy client to have, I'm blunt and ask lots of questions along the process, but Steven and their recommended bathroom installers were outstanding in their process and trust in each other, putting any concerns I had at ease. I would 100% recommend InStil and would definitely return for any future work needed to other parts of the house. Thank you so much!

We approached Instil Design to arrange a complete refit of our very dated bathroom. The room is small, but Steven listened to what we wanted to achieve from the space, and his design delivered everything we had hoped for. They took care of all the ordering, delivery of the products and connected us with a fantastic fitter to undertake the work. Having spent years wondering how to create a beautiful yet accessible bathroom in a small space, I am delighted to have found Instil who have completely delivered on my brief. Not only did Martina find imaginative ways to create more room, she designed a gorgeous space, that also meets all my requirements for accessibility. I wanted to be able to sit to shower and have unobtrusive grab rails strategically positioned around the bathroom, but I didn’t want them to look ‘clinical’. Everything from design to installation of our bathroom and cloakroom has been superb. The choice of available products, fittings and tiles is extensive. Martina and Emilia managed to find exactly what we were after. Installation by Simon was perfect and his attention to detail was spot on.
