A bathroom installation project is the subject of the sole customer account for Bathroom Renovations Edinburgh l Bathroom Installers, a bathroom fitter based on Calton Road in Edinburgh. The customer gives five stars across the board, rating the quotation, the customer service and the aftercare at the highest level, and stating that the work was completed to a high standard.

The feedback therefore covers the priced quote provided at the outset, the service received while the fitting was carried out, and the support given after the installation was finished, with each element assessed positively. No methods, materials or timescales are specified in the account, and the job is recorded simply as done to a high level throughout.
